Taking a direct bus transfer bus from Amsterdam can be a good option if you want to travel from Amsterdam center. 30 minutes prior to the departure you need to check-in at Tours & Tickets office at De Ruijterkade, 34 (inside the building of the Central Train station of Amsterdam).
