How to travel to Keukenhof from The Hague?

In 2026, you can travel from The Hague to Keukenhof by direct transfer bus (tickets from € 42,50) or by public transport: train (€ 9,20) + bus 854 (€ 33,50) via Leiden. Check about both travel options, prices and ticket in 2026.

Travel to Keukenhof from The Hague by direct transfer bus

The bus from The Hague to Keukenhof will be operating from 19 March 2026. With this Keukenhof transfer you always get a guaranteed seat (unlike in public transport). Tickets cost from € 42,50 per person and includes roundtrip transport from Den Haag Central station and Keukenhof entrance ticket.

Please note: these tickets are not available at the Keukenhof official website. You also cannot pay for the bus with your bank pass or OV-chipcard.

Travel from The Hague to Keukenhof by public transport

You can also take a train from The Hague to Leiden (Den Haag – Leiden Centraal, train ticket in 2026 costs € 4,60 one way, check timetable here). And take KeukenhofBuzz 854 from Leiden to Keukenhof.

At Leiden Centraal train station, head to the Station square (direction Leiden city center). There is a big bus station. Keukenhof bus 854 from Leiden, operated by Qbuzz, will take you directly to the Keukenhof entrance.
