When is it the best time to visit Keukenhof in 2027?
To see the flower fields in bloom we recommend to come to the Netherlands from the last decade of April to the first decade of May (though the exact dates are very dependent on weather). During this period the chance to see the flower fields in bloom is the highest. You will find numerous publicly accessible fields in the neighbourhood of Lisse and Hillegom.

Keukenhof opening hours in 2027
Keukenhof is open every day of the week, from 08:00 to 19:00 (last entry at 18:15), with no closing days during the season.
Bloemencorso Flower Parade in 2027
The Flower Parade, celebrating its 80th edition, will take place on 17 – 18 April 2027. On Friday evening, 16 April, the illuminated parade will pass through Noordwijkerhout starting at 21:00. The main parade starts around 9:30 on Saturday 17 April in Noordwijk and travels through Voorhout, Sassenheim, Lisse (passing Keukenhof), Hillegom, Bennebroek and Heemstede before arriving in Haarlem. On Sunday 18 April the flower compositions remain on display in Haarlem’s city centre until 17:00.

will the tulips / lilies not be seen on 21 may 2018. r they gonna be cut down on after 13th may 2018.

In 2018 the Keukenhof gardens will be open till May 13, which means they will be completely closed for the public starting from May 14.
Under the bold heading at the top of this page it clearly states –
“In 2020 Keukenhof, the world’s most beautiful spring flower garden, is open from 21 March untill 10 May. The theme of Keukenhof flower exposition in 2020 is A World of Colours.”
Hi! We come to the Netherlands in April. But we don’t know on which day we will be able to visit Keukenhof. Is it possible to buy tickets at the entrance? Or do we really need to book them online?

In 2024 it is possible to buy Keukenhof entrance tickets at the counter. But they will be more expensive than online tickets (€23 vs €20). And what’s most important – the tickets for the certain day and time will only be available if the park hasn’t reached its full capacity. So I would still recommend booking tickets online to avoid disappointment. With an online ticket you will be able to reschedule your visit until 96 hours before the visit date.
